Watching your State Government

In this, "How to Keep an Eye on Legislators and Legislation," State Representative Paul Baumbach reviewed how Delaware residents (or anyone) can monitor legislators and legislation, committee hearings, testimony, etc. He  also offered tips on effective advocacy.
